I do not believe in the, push until you vomit type of training. I keep you moving and working harder than you Ever could, while training by yourself. No Yelling Required! Additionally, my history as an obese person, helps make me better able to provide a proper balance of motivation and understanding. My goal is to make exercise a habitual part of your new healthier lifestyle. I make EXERCISE both a positive and challenging experience, to promote this habit.
